So, I’m narrowing my career goals (life statement, mission statement, whatever you want to call it) a bit – and I like the direction I’m going.

So, I’m narrowing my career goals (life statement, mission statement, whatever you want to call it) a bit – and I like the direction I’m going. The working statement is:

“Paul Colligan helps others expand their reach by leveraging tech and eliminating dramas.”

In 6 words, it’s

“Expand reach, leverage tech, eliminate dramas.”

I’m not satisfied with the “no drama” phrase – but this link does a better job of explaining what I’m thinking

What do Kindle, Podcasting, YouTube, etc. all have in common – EXPANDING REACH

What do I think the best way to do it is? – BY LEVERAGING TECH

What do I find most consultants do? Add drama. LET’S ELIMINATED DRAMAS in the process.

So, that’s what I’m thinking. What do you think? Better ways to phrase this? Am I off?

Okay, I agree its usually not about the conversation, or at least I’d rather have a dog and or journal if it comes to that myself. But for the most part you seem to me to supply strong value for you niche in my opinion, so I’ll share. I’m pretty sure, it might not eliminate drama, but the old Medici family slogan is a fun one: “Money to create profits, profits to create power, power to protect money.” I wouldn’t put it on a bumper sticker though, lest your vehicle gets ransacked or worse. :)

Riding out your theme rodeo style, – so to speak, – off the top of my head,… I agree the drama bit is not savvy. I’d go with,… “… eliminate constraint.” or something along this line. Of course I reserve all copyright, but feel free to incorporate it in your own work if you find yourself cottoning to it, as a perpetual license without attribution or compensation to me. (That is if it’s even legal to copyright two words out of context, I don’t know.) Merry Whatever. I got coffee to make. Adios
