More on this whole Google Plus "really" thing.  

So, I published a post commenting on how Google Plus doesn't really care about Google Plus as destination – but as platform.  My Content Timeline system them kicked in and published that post to my blog.  Here's the link for your reference - https://plus.google.com/107254847750371936612/posts/jZweRwy5SKQ

A few minutes after posting, Google isn't sending any traffic to Google Plus – but right to my blog. 

Why?  

Google Plus is a Platform, not a Social Network.
