Good stuff there, Paul! I enjoyed being there live and I have revisited the points via the audio file several times since September. Throughout the year, I have seen things that big media does that I can implement in my website and podcasts. Plus, my kids have had to listen in on car rides so many times that they can now recite “Some people will buy what they can get for free!”
