I've considered this and paid someone via elance.com to transcribe a couple of my podcasts but I'm just not sure if it's worth paying out the money to get it done at this stage. The search engine food is my main motivation.

Michael - in this case, this is part of what Podango does for their Station Managers. I have had success with other Podcasts working with various online transcription services.

I've often considered doing transcripts for my podcast, but have found the prospect far too daunting. I'm curious how did you create your transcripts?
