According to the Unofficial Apple Weblog, there is a chance iTunes might be rebranded as “Showtime!”
Get it, “It’s Showtime” (not iTunes).
There is some interesting code but … logic says … no.
Apple owns the music market. The movie market ain’t owned yet and Jobs has always been one to be the Big Fish in a Pond he always wishes was much bigger than it is (while growing it bigger, don’t get me wrong 
).
Showtime is associated by too many with soft-core porn and rejected political made for tv movies.
There’s my pre-event prediction #2. It’s 10am, the curtain is rising …
