Can this be used for “webinars”? Is there another form other than podcast?

A webinar means that everyone has to be in front of their computer at a specific time. That is neither time shifted or place shifted. If you produce that Webinar so that it can also be viewed as a Podcast, now your webinar audience can view the Webinar when and where they want.

So, I guess, the answer is yes.
